Planned Parenthood - Family First Health Center

The ladies in the front are VERY RUDE! I had an appointment at 945am! I'm still waiting it's been almost an hour! There's nobody literally in the lobby waiting, I went to ask her how much longer it should take, and she said go have a seat I'll check on that, and she never did! These ladies are rude, don't smile, they have major attitudes! I come to this location because it's closer to my house, but I'm thinking I'll drive all the way across town and get the help I need for now on!

Very clean and the staff was extremely patient and kind. Answered all of my questions and supportive. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs medical assistance - nicer than official doctor offices Ive been to.

I came in as a walk in for a UTI and was seen within a half hour. The staff were all nice and respectful. They even carried the uti medicine at this location which made things easier. The lobby is nice and clean.

Dont go here. They dont listen to what you need as a patient. I wont be back if Eugene the PA is still working there. Please dont say I understand or I hear you when you clearly do not hear or understand me. Its degrading and unhelpful.
