Honestly, I feel like there are times when you go in you sometime youll meet the right person and nurses that are kind and helpful to listen to your health and show that they care. As for waiting time its not as bad as everyone say. We have to consider the fact that theres a lot of patient and we dont know how many doctors that are there but over all I feel like family health care isnt as bad.

DONT GO HERE!! Fanny, powel Unprofessional physician dont care about a childs life has a bad attitude completely can give a damn about anyone who walks in. Save yourself the headache and time wasted. Youll be In for a good 3hrs they give u the run around on wait time. Just a horrible place. Staff if lazy.

My experience with Dr. Moon, Dr Shashetari and Doctor Pulaski is that I believe they are All Amazing Doctors! They treated me with Love, Respect and Immense Care and their surrounding staff are kind as well. They explained things well and they helped heal me. When I prayed for doctors God gave me The Bestest Ones Out There and If You Need OB Help .. This is The Team to Have Caring and Fighting with You! God Bless This Place!

When I first came here everything was smooth, like making appointment, waiting was fast, refill was great, but now they have gotten worst, it take me longer than 3 month to get an appointment which it a month away and the time wait when you go to your appointment is getting really bad. I faster time i have to wait was 2 hour now aday. Because I know that it take so long to get an appointment so i need a TB and physical done for my school work experience so i request the doctor to get all that done during my appointment so i dont have to get a new appointment because i know it well take month to get one anyways. Got my physical and TB done before i get all my paper work from the work site I'm doing my work experience at for my school. When I got my paper for my doctor to fill out, I drop if off and still have to sign in and wait for 30 minute Just to have the front desk person put a note and drop it in my doctor box to fill because she say she the only one there and I have to sign my name and wait like everyone there even thought all I have to do is drop my physical paper for my doctor to fill it out only. I did as I was told by the front desk lady, waited 30min just to drop my physical paper and still waiting and it almost 1 month and my physical isnt fill out or havnt got a call to pick up my paper when I should have being working on my work experience for my school and school end in may 2024 and I dont have my physical fill out yet. This place have gotten really bad. I sign in and wait to drop a physical paper for the doctor to fill out only and it's almost a month havn't got. Plus getting doctor approval for medication refill is crazy too o be running out of my medications and have get an medication approved so I can get my medication on time so I dont run out. The only reason I'm still going here because I havnt find new doctor yet only.
