Called and spoke to a lady maybe Leean or whatever her name is, she was so rude. Gave me an attitude because I stated why my bins are not being service. She told me so dont know and not sure if it will be an on going thing but to put out my bins for the next cycle. I told her ok, that fine and she say have a nice day and hung up on me before I even say thank you for your help. Someone seems to have a bad day but please dont bring it to work.

I was on hold for a hour on the phone and then got hung up on they want to get paid but don't want to work! Horrible service

The city of Fresno needs to do better. Every single Tuesday for trash pick up, Im coming home after a long days work to trash on the floor that I have to pick up myself. Workers lazy and always in a hurry.
