I LOVE how amazing my skin looks after treating clear and brilliant laser facials and Radiofrequency Potenza!! I feel like I have the best skin Ive ever had.. even better than in my 20s!! The nurses are all so sweet and so good at their treatments. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and work incredibly hard to get me in when I need to. LaserAway is amazing and I highly recommend them!

I had an appointment today and they sent me a text stating the nurse called out, which was fine but then proceeded to tell me there next opening was not til a month later and I can be put on a waiting list but then I needed to call them daily to see if I can get in sooner?? Like where is the customer service here??? That is a little ridiculous as the people being rescheduled should be put in within that week or the next for a companies misinconviences, I had other plans I could have done today but I set aside my time for my appointment. I am a Manager myself of a medical office and we always get our clients/patients in that week or the next, but a month out that is just not ok with the amount of money I paid or anyone else for that matter to you for services. You should have a better scheduling system for problems like this when they arise.
