The technician was friendly and efficient, with no upselling or other nonsense like some other local companies. Very professional and was right on time, he diagnosed the problem within minutes. I had A/C problems for years every summer I had to have it maintenance, until they came out and I haven't had a A/C problem since and its been 3 years A/C working amazing.
