Fresno Air Duct Service

Our blower motor suddenly stopped working Friday night. We called a few companies but this one was the only one that promptly returned our call. We were scheduled for a visit next day, Saturday morning. Andy from Elements Heating & Air was fantastic! He went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and even found a few problem areas that he was able to fix before they failed. He found replacement parts right away, and drove across town before the store closed to get the parts right away instead of making us wait for them to be shipped. He worked tediously to replace and test everything. At the end he cleaned our outside unit and everything is functioning better than ever. Andy is EXCEPTIONAL and I recommend him with the highest regards!!!! I called around 8:30pm with an AC that went out and he came out immediately that night and worked until 10pm to assist us. His dedication and timeliness was above and beyond. Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to repair the issue. The AC in our bedroom stopped working all of a sudden. It was actually having some issues functioning for a couple of weeks. We tried to figure out the issue but couldnt, to be honest. Then one day it entirely stopped working. Since it was summer, we could barely get past a single without our AC. We needed to get it a quick repair and all thanks to Fred who got the job done and saved us. He agreed to arrive just the next day of contacting him. He was so professional that he figured the issue out in just 5 minutes and took just 30 minutes to fix the AC to perfection!
