I always stay at this hotel due to work. It was getting better but Ive noticed that Elizabeth keeps locking the door for us at night. If we go out to our car we cant get back in. Even though she doesnt wear the name tag we know its her. She always stereotypes us. The way she asks can I help u? Very rude. She treat us like bums. Breakfast its always great. Way better on weekdays but its still good on Sunday.
Noteworthy details: Elizabeth its the most discriminating person ever.

Clean comfortable room.
Our Son's room needed 4 towels it only had 2 for a double queen room.

We've stayed here for almost 5 years everytime we come to fresno. We've always had extremely friendly and helpful service by the hotel clerks. The hotel is clean, convenient and just always seems like it's very well managed. I don't stay anywhere else and always can count on a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to family stays especially. Thank you Country Inn!!!
Rooms: Rooms are always clean and well maintained.

All good. Nothing special but fine for a night. Nice staff, good breakfast (in tiny breakfast room). The parking lot street lights do shine brightly into some rooms at the front of the hotel,so get a room at the back if you like to sleep with the curtains open
