        Cannot give perfect score due to: 1) wrong sling delivered with Hoyer lift. Too small and no attachments to connect to machine absolutely useless-had to make a few phone calls including asking the MD to re order correct sling; technician finally sent out to find the problem but he did not bring proper sling and had to FEDEX ship to care facility THEN finally corrected days after initial delivery 2) never got email statement of charges. Phone charge for equipment as patient was in transit in private car at the time of the call to confirm equipment and delivery address 3) when called customer service to get emailed statement, was told credit card not charged in account, yet equipment arrived to facility as ordered 4) my credit card WAS charged according to my card account however APRIA has no record of the charge? Not satisfactory at all.
