        Nice area and houses. Way overpriced however. Buyers, it seems like our best bet is delay the purchase of a new home. The chances of being upside down in a loan on a house that is bought now is increasing. Todays and last year buyers might find themselves owing more that what their house is worth. People are always moving to other areas and selling their homes, all the time. There will always be houses to buy. Why pay $450, 509.00 for a place that would be worth $250,050.00 a year from now?
