Since when does the tenant need to find construction issues that are not up to code? That is one of the many struggles I've found with the Brambles. Add to that the fact that there is almost no parking, a non-responsive HOA and horrible property management, and you get an idea of what living at the Brambles is like. Also, be VERY careful in reading your lease agreement, there were several advertised 'features' of the complex that we haven't received, and since they're not in the lease, we're powerless to do anything about it. There are HOA requirements that take up space in the provided garage, so that it's impossible to park two cars in the garage. Then add the parking issues that I described above, and unless you're a one-car family, you're going to frequently be out of luck. I consider leasing a house within the Brambles as one of the most expensive MISTAKES that I've made in my life. A mistake that anyone else should avoid.
