This is the fifth time in 2 years that my medical keeps switching me back to first choice medical I've called twice now in
2 much and they told me that my medical will be switched back to straight medical the doctor I was trying to go to called me last month saying it was successfully switched to straight medical and scheduled me for today the 1st of February I go in and they told me it was switched back to first choice medical why does this keep happening I try to get through on a hotline nobody's answering the phone or nobody knows the answer to my question I'm not authorizing this switch I keep switching it back I'm having to wait on the phone for 2 hours and when I call medical they said that they can't switch it I have to call the choice hotline or whatever it's horrible and it's slow and nobody is taking this Medi-Cal
