I needed my hair done because I'm going out of town tomorrow and one of the hairstylists (Dede) said she'd do my hair but got sick the day of (understandable, never blamed her or was rude about it). She recommended me to a personal friend, and when I texted her friend about my hair, Dede went behind my back and told her friend that I didn't need the services anymore. Knowing that she is sick and I need my hair done today, and I never told her friend that I didn't need the services anymore but, she listened to Dede and gave my spot up to someone else. Dede did not have to be petty like that smh, first time trying to get my hair dyed and bleached professionally and it was a horrible experience. I didn't even get a chance to go inside of the salon either, just poor communication skills on the hair stylists part.
