Customer service was awesome , the food came out fairly quick and was delicious, will definitely be going again soon

It's been a while since I've been to Chili's and I really enjoyed the ambiance. Sooooooo Justiss, (love the spelling of her name) our server was exceptional. Can't wait to go back. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, the broccoli paired nicely with a sauce and the molten cake, which I shared with my friend, was chocolaty and moist. Also, I asked for whipped cream (can't have dessert without it) and they accommodated my request. Thanks Chili's!! Parking: The store was not crowded-I appreciated this in light of covid still being in existence. I was able to get in the shade too!

I come to chilis all the time . Today I came in and the guy standing at the front gave off energy like he didnt wanna be here . We ordered and our food took about 20mins to come . Once it came the mother in laws hamburger Patties were BURNT, hard as hell , she couldnt threw it like a frisbee . My sister in laws wings were hard to the point she couldnt even chew them . Service today was horrible . No picture of the patties cause the waiter took them to get it remade .

We Sat at the entrance by the front door for about twenty minutes Before somebody even noticed that we were sitting there waiting to be seated . The dipping sauce for the food that we ordered wasn't on our plate like it should have been and they took about 15 minutes to refill our drinks..... So I say that's bad service....
