Honest, more than fair, exceptionally reasonable, hard working. I definitely prefer this place for custom granite and marble for residential and commercial work

Do not use Rick for any project. It was so bad, we had to fire him from the job. First, for an estimated time of 7 to 10 days, he was four weeks late and not even close to finishing. He never gave a reason why nor an explanation as to what was going on. He doesn't work, plain and simple. He will show up late every day and prioritize other projects over yours. He will also stay past any given deadline. Not working of course but arguing on the phone or dragging his feet collecting his items. I had to kick him out every night. The work will be extremely poor. He claims he was taking his time and not cutting corners, but there are so many mistakes, it's hard to imagine what he was possibly doing during all this extra time. There are multiple chipped and broken tiles with some grout around it in a poor effort to disguise it. Multiple times tiles were ripped out after being placed, including replacing a tile he dropped a fan on and broke. Grout colors are mismatched halfway through. He spilled water and it leaked through the roof to the bottom floor. He claimed to use a dustless saw in the house since it was a two story but ended up using another technique or saw that shot tons of dust and harmful particles throughout the house, full well knowing a pregnant woman and 2 year old was in the house. Only once everyone was coughing terribly at night did we realize our mistake of trusting him. And we had to tell him no more cutting anything or doing anything even if it was "dustless". To which he protested, of course, but eventually started doing all the cutting and shaping outside. I cannot warn everyone heavily enough to not use Rick for any project.
