Sinclair Gas Station

This employee at 4:30 pm was on his personal phone telling me to wait a minute and not giving me the service I deserve. I only want to put a 30 for gas, not too hard to ask for, is it? I'll go to a different gas station, i guess.

It's where I go to get gas, it's the cheapest and the store is well stocked, I recommend it.

I had the worst experience at this Sinclair gas station. I have been a regular customer at their food mart, because it is convenient and I live directly across the street. Have been going there since about mid december of 2021. I moved to the Crossroads Village which across the street that helps people who are homeless and is a prototype in the state of California as a solution for people who may have lost their homes due to the pandemic. I am a journalism major at Fresno City College and found myself displaced from my residence and homeless at the start of finals last semester. The college helped me get housing at Crossroads Village throught the Hope program. This Sinclair gas station is in an economically challenged neighborhood, and I feel that the women who owns or is the manager of the Easy Mart, treated me in a degrading, inappropriate and inhumane manner. I am not riff raff, and am well dressed and polite. I entered the store, and went to get coffee at the self serve dispenser. When I went to the first spicket it was empty. I tried to use the second spicket and a little water came out. I poured the minimal amount of water into the tray, and was beginning to try the third spicket, when a woman whom I believe is the owner or manager, because she normally speaks to customers and employees with a sense of authoritity rushed over to reprimand me for using it. She raised her voice, and told me that I was supposed to come to the register and ask her to get coffee first. There were no signs at the coffee despenser with such instructions, and this had never been a previous rule, as it was a self serve dispenser. Her aggressive manner flustered me, and I accidently dropped the coffee cup on the floor. When I pointed out, that I was leaving because I was offended by her yelling and treatment she accused me of throwing the cup at her. I would like to see that footage played back in a court of law, because her accusation was false and outlandish. FYI- I have called and left a message with the regional office of Sinclair Easy Mart to take my complaint further. I think their store is a disgrace the Sinclair franchise image.

I walked in and waited to be helped at the register. The woman there was playing in the phone the entire time and ignored me for a good minute. I asked her if they cared locks and without hesitation she just said no as if she wanted to shoe me away so she could go play on her phone again ASAP. Rude service.

They are thiefs. They would Not refund me my 10 dollars when their car wash was not working dont shop here again they are thiefs
