They don't deserve the 1 star but I wasn't given the choice for ZERO. They don't care about you or your loved one that passed.. all they care about is your MONEY.
They'll LIE to you to get your money, the old lady Irene comes off as a RACIST who chose to talk to me, a black woman about Black lives matter just hours after losing my father in law.. clearly doesn't know how to do her job and they're okay with her lies to people while they're broken due to losing a loved one, her son Ryan is RUDE and INCONSIDERATE.. He seems to make up things as he goes and likes to yell over people when he doesn't like what they're saying. And right now because of their UNPROFESSIONAL way of doing things.. Our father might end up going to the County because what was good enough to get our $1000.00 now all of a sudden doesn't work for them. They tell you things that clearly aren't true, make excuses, and blame others for what they did wrong and why you're not happy with them and their services. And if you try to get a Refund.. they'll do everything not to give you one and even try to guilt trip you outta doing it. We've now been waiting a week without any type of call back after Ryan said he'd get back to us. These are TERRIBLE people working here.. greedy and lack sympathy. I knew we should've taken him somewhere else!

Number one thing that I noticed and loved about Reads & Sons is the way they care.
I spoke to Richard and Irene , and
they helped me through everything as well as made the whole process smooth and comfortable.
No hidden cost or not once did I notice they were just about the money. This family cares about you and your family . I felt comfortable, relaxed , happy , satisfied, most of all cared for through the beginning until the end..
I highly recommend this funeral home.

Had a wonderful experience with Irene and her son. She made this hard experience easier. She handled everything for me and my family with ease. I was able to afford the funeral with out going broke. The prices are so high at every funeral home and this funeral home was affordable and helpful. Thank you for all you do and I highly recommend this place.
