JR Floor Decor

Hired JR Floor Decor on 2/5/22 to level floor & install vinyl floor on 3/1/22 worker abandoned the job on 5/31/22 floor still ruined Javier did not disclose not having a license to perform the job flooring unleveled planks cracked splitting apart toilet left to leak under floor another toilet still not put back correctly said I would get a receipt from wife and never did ask me to give cash and make a check to his wife I had to go to store to purchase supplies several times never getting my money back tried to work out the situation but Javier never kept his side of the contract I have kept extra supplies still in boxes for him to pick up and give me a refund I had a contractor come and said it's unfixable and needs to be completely redone they cut so much from my door frames it's unfixable without replacing entire frame they left my living room with no baseboards My home was only 1 year old before they ruined the floor Javier was given several chances to make it right but refused to he quoted one price and increased it as they started the job workers arrived late each time the job was supposed to be no more then a week and it took a month and they still didn't finish the job amount paid to Javier $4,539 i offered Javier to refund me and I would give him the vinyl flooring from inside my home he said he would call with the refund and never did he wanted to pay me in supplies and refund labor but never gave me the refund now I'm stuck with flooring and quarter rounds that I can't use I asked him to refund me my money and take back all those supplies be aware no professional would ask you to go buy your own supplies he's workers never had what they needed to do the job correctly they put sealant in all corners but they were cut to much my sofa leans forward due to the floor being unleveled Javier will make you feel bad for him by giving a sad story but not care at all about ruining your home all I want is a refund so I can get my floors done right I attached pics

Fair pricing for pretty good quality. Had my cabinets delivered directly to my home. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Stay FAR away from this company. The work is absolutely awful. I'm out thousands of dollars having to redo work . Things were left unfinished and just down right horrid looking and now Javier is MIA. Thru the work that was actually done I got nothing but I a ton of lies. I was left waiting for him for over 8 hours with a baby. He kept telling me he was right on the way. I would drive an hour to the job site at the agreed upon time and no one would show up. I paid for material I never got. I had $600 worth of tile ruined the list goes on and on. This is the most deceitful company iv ever dealt with. On top of that he isn't paying his employees. Go somewhere else!!
