    This was a total nightmare, I had to change rooms 3 times in one day. The rooms had broken light fixtures, non working TVs, burnt carpet, burnt furniture, burnt beds, rooms smell like smoke, dirty linen, garbage everywhere, and the staff were unprofessionalrolling eyes when I asked for the supervisor! Rooms: They are not clean at all very dirty and its such a shame because the rooms are very functional

    I had a reservation that I paid for online I was in the city for 2 nights came from Los Angeles to visit my mom in the hospital tried to check in and a heavy set woman screaming from the back here I come she said I waited in the lobby for a good five min when I heard her again are you here to check in I said yes Im tired it was a long 4hr ride to get there just to find out that I cant check in because they want to hold on to your deposit for a few days so I tried to pay for my deposit with cash and she wont take cash she said if you give them your card they will try to charge for the room again in the meantime I never got a refund from this money hungry basters!!!!

    I was staying here as a guest for almost 2 months, and let me say that it's has the worst management and unprofessionalism I have ever seen coming from a hotel. The front desk girls are lazy and rude and the manager Maria was very rude and so unprofessional. The only one that was professional was a nice young man named Rafa who works at night at the front desk .He was the only one I saw who would walk around the property and secure it.One-time he stopped a random guy from coming up to knock on my room door at 3:00 am in the morning. He is also very nice and was courtesy to me . I thought he was the manager of the hotel,but apparently he wasn't. I just want to say that they really need to reconsider hiring a whole new staff of people to work at this hotel! I will never stay there again.
