        No transparency whatsoever. "Investigations" are a joke and typically favor the administrators/owners; resident complaints minimized unless lifethreatening. Sad that so many of the LPA's don't seem to care and just go through the motion or providing "lip service" until they retire. Whatever happened to CCL being more of a consumer protection agency rather then an advocate for owners of facilities? And, they will not follow through with return calls ... very frustrating!

        This establishment is corrupted and lacks integrity. They allow abuse within their licensed foster homes and do not take immediate action in regards to child abuse. They have allowed an administrative management position go unfilled for more than a year; resulting in mismanagement and gross negligence. They refuse to take corrective action or take responsibility for the lack of over site. They should be shut down and sited for multiple compliance violations.
