During my first visit to this dental clinic for an emergency, I contacted them in the afternoon hoping for an available slot. Tommy, the receptionist, went above and beyond. She not only listened attentively to my urgent situation but also managed to fit me in on the same day. Their check-in process was seamless, and the office was impeccably clean. When it came to check-out and scheduling a referral appointment, Angie, another receptionist, was incredibly helpful. Dr. Park, the dentist, deserves special recognition. Their expertise shone through as they attentively addressed all my concerns, providing comprehensive advice and a valuable referral. I'm thoroughly impressed with this office and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the area. While no place is perfect, giving them a chance despite potential shortcomings is worthwhile.
