Karen has helped me through so much in the last few years. I believe that God knew who I needed and it was her! I can't say enough about what an impact she made in my life as my therapist, especially in some of the darkest times. Karen Wood is the absolute most amazing therapist ever. I have been in therapy for over a decade and struggled to find a therapist who does more than just listen to my issues/trauma.. I've searched greatly for someone who gives practical solutions while also educating me on my brain. Karen has truly been such a gift from God.. she has helped me change my life & heal my brain. She has educated me so much on my brain and how it works & how trauma has impacted my life/brain while also helping me grow as a Christian, wife, & mother. I cannot say enough good things about Karen. Her education on neurology, trauma, the brain, & God is a mixture I have prayed for for over a decade. She came crashing into my life & I'll never be the same in all the best ways. If you want to know why your brain does what it does so you can heal & grow while also sharpening your faith & reaching your personal goals I highly suggest you give the "brain lady" Karen a call.
