Thankful for the company and all that they did for us but still having issues with new unit turning off in the early morning never heat in the house between 11p.m. and 10 a.m don't know why

Wow, I am writing this review a few days after their visit.I am more than pleased on the work they did my AC is running better, my house even feels different! I am so thankful for this team and their work!

Very poor service and management. Techs came out late afternoon and found issue with heater. Told RE agent representing the seller it was an high limit switch problem. They said it was after 5 so could not get the part that day.
They said they would transfer the info for a tech tomorrow to take care of it because they had a big job the next day and could not come back. The next day I never got a notice that tech was on the way, instead manager said 'agent at the house' was forcing the techs to finish so he could leave early. Never heard about transferring it to another tech. This is a lie. I would never do that nor would I lie about it. This company has a communication problem.
Thank you for a competitor coming out and fixing it the problem the very same day by replacing a very clogged filter and adjusting air flow on the blower to set the temperature in range. Heater works great now!
