I went in the store to specifically use the two slices and any size big gulp for $3 promo. I asked the person who is normally there alone in the morning if there was cheese pizza. She said no and that she was told to only make pepperoni in the morning. Without really trying to figure out what was going on, PB inserted herself and took over. It seems that she was unaware of the promo and definitely not what was going on. She told me they would honor it and to just give the pizza. I was confused so I went to get a cheese pizza. The other person explained and said I don't eat meat so they decided to make a half pizza. I went and got a drink. I showed the PB the promo and she said I had to get a cup with the red ribbon. I told her I didn't know that it mattered which cup because all of the cups say bug gulp. PB started to explain but I was over it and tuned out. The other person said she did the promo the other day. I needed to transfer money ao inwasnt ready to check out immediately. I don't like the way PB was talking to her coworker or me. She insisted that she be the one to check me out as if the coworker was going to do something wrong or as though the promo I was asking for didn't exist.This experience makes me not want to go back to this location and if I do definitely not at that time to ensure that I have no further interaction with PB and to ensure that I will be able to get the pizza that I actually eat.

I love the new store!!! Clean, and staff is very helpful. I am very happy with the new change. The register lady Francine is always very pleasant and helpful. keep it up guys.... on a good path...

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to PB and Francine! They were extremely helpful as I was trying to put money on my card. I was having some trouble but they both made me feel so welcomed and not rushed. Best customer service! Definitely will be back due to their customer service alone made my day a little brighter today

I enjoy Francine, shes so kind, every morning we are treated like family and she always answers any questions we have about snacks. Her customer service goes above and beyond!
