Park West Apartments

In loved the days I spent at Park West more than anywhere else! The maintenance, leasing and even gardening was on point. Really amazing living quarters. I definitely recommend asking them about the available apartments for rent.

This complex is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE THE MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE TO RENT AT PARK WEST APTS LP. THE ALSO DO ILLEGAL EVICTIONS ALTERING DOCUMENTS. IF YOU DO RENT FROM THE SLUM LORDS KEEP ALL RECEIPTS. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME ABOUT THAT I;LEGAL EVICTION I TOLD THEM TO CONTACTED DEPT OF JUSTICE HOUSING DIV CIVIL RIGHTS HOUSING THAT WHO HAS MY CASE AGAINST PARK WEST

Maisha the Community Manager is fabulous! She is extremely professional, very friendly and courteous. I had come in to get some information about the vacancies and the criteria needed to rent. She was informative and provided answers to all my questions and then some. Thank you for your hospitality and I look forward to potential residency at Park West Apartments!

My sister in law applied for an apartment over two months ago and we havent heard back however the rep there did not notify us that the $100 deposit would be kept If we cancelled the app because apparently they did the work they would keep it. After waiting for so long and we have been trying to call them multiple times to see about the status of the apartment, no one has answered and we have left multiple messages.The office is a scam. They kept her $100. We still tried to continue to call and still no contact back from the office.
