I needed to find a fully-qualified service technician for my company (The Mariposa Yosemite Symphony Orchestra) machine - a Xerox Workcentre 7855 with full professional finisher, and had a phone chat with Pon. He was able to schedule a service appointment at our location about a 3-hr RT drive from Fresno for the very next day. He was remarkably knowledgeable, immediately diagnosed the potential solutions to my machine's problems, and charged a reasonable fee, accessing the replacement parts for this older machine nearly overnight. I can't applaud Pon enough - for his professionalism, knowledge, skills - Ameritech is the real thing, and beyond all else, I'm now relieved to have found a complete IT pro, not only for our quirky Xerox, but for all our other computer/printer/IT needs. I've used Pon at Ameritech several times for printer repairs (older HP laserjets both color and black and white ones) and have always got a great deal on service and toner. Very friendly and down to earth business at a great price for the professional service you get.
