Dutch Bros Coffee

The baristas need reform and maybe an actual course on customer service. They have all been rude so far which is a disappointment as this is a new location thats barely been open a few months. Theres especially a rude young lady with auburn hair, seems to be of a dark ethnicity. When I was ready to pay she rudely asked if I had the app and when I showed her the app to be scanned, she wasnt even looking at me and was quite literally twiddling her thumbs on her iPad. Seeing as she wasnt even paying attention, it made me very upset and I decided that I actually didnt want my drinks afterwards, so I left. I really wanted to like this location as its the closest to me but unfortunately its a flop. Dutch, do better, train your employees.

I love Dutch but lately theres been more disappointments than anything. First they take away my lavender freeze which was my favorite and then didnt bring it back like I thought would happen for this season. Then all in a short period of time they raise prices, lower point value, raise again like boom boom boom. Then this location opens and I hope for positive change, but the line barely moves! Its like for as long as Ive been sitting here, once the cars get to the window it should be a quick grab and go! But its not and I observed one window chick just as slow as a snail just counting money! I bet thats who is up there today right now. Also they wont care who came in first but the way they take the orders is well sorry but . Walk away. They need some more caffeine in these workers here or something ! Or maybe all together better management because no one seems to be pushing them or fixing anything here. They should be walking orders out to the cars Ive been here damn near an hour and not one drink has came out AND theyre not ready when you get to the window?! Thats insane!
