Dutch Bros Coffee

Quick story: I ordered coffee with my breakfast this morning elsewhere and they forgot to give it to me. I was sad and decided to go to Dutch Bros in the afternoon as a treat. The staff was so nice and they even gave me my coffee for free. I really like Dutch Bros, their products, the atmosphere, and the things they stand for.

I guess the place is still fairly new. My only complaint is that we sat in the drive thru for about 25 minutes. The drinks were great and the people were friendly.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a Dutch bros in my life. We have been driving from florida all day and rerouted to come to this Dutch Bros. We sat in line for 10 min when someone finally came to our window and said If we dont make it to the drive through window by 10 they werent gonna serve us. AFTER we had already been sitting in line?? You had enough time to come out and tell me that but couldnt have just taken my drink order then? If you dont want people to get in the drive through line 10 min before close put up a sign. And I am not normally a person to go somewhere right before close but we have been driving for over 15 hours and just needed a coffee for our remaining 5 hours. Manager wouldnt even come and talk to us about this. The boy at the window was nice and tried to get them to make our drinks so no hate to him. But if you dont want to serve people shouldve turned the lights off or something. I will NEVER get Dutch bros again!
