The manager herself was in drive, no name on her apron either and I asked nicely for a venti iced matcha latte and she asked if I wanted the lavender one, as I nicely said no thanks love she sounded very frustrated, and asked what was the drink? I repeated myself, and continued being nice. Shes very rude and honestly made the experience uncomfortable. Ive never felt rushed like that before or uncomfortable. Shout out everyone else there, shes my very first rude encounter. Please have a one on one and work on your customer service skills. -Ex Barista/Regular

This Starbucks location has dissatisfied me every time there coffee is just not made right and tastes disgusting.
