Verizon 4G Wireless - Fashion Fair I

This is the worst experience I ever had. So I have been with att for10 years I was told Verizon was a good company and will be taken care of wow was she wrong......first I stopped at Verizon in fashion fair talk to Chris Piceno who was very nice and helpful made me feel comfortable so I trusted him not knowing that he really did not know what he was doing he did all paperwork in front of me to transfer from att to Verizon so thought I was transferred little did I know he did it all wrong I received a bill from att for $777 saying I was never transferred waited for a return shipping label to send in iPhones 2 of them that he also supposed to have done in front me and still waiting since March I have attempted many times to call email and even texted him no response. I a, so disappointed because now I have att sending me to collections and all this time I thought it was taken care of. What kind of company is this. I called 611 and still can't get it resolved. I DO NOT ever recommend anyone to change to Verizon. You will regret it I did
