Tapias Carpet Cleaning

I have used them before son Moses no issues. He referred his father who was nice enough. Eduardo and his wife Lupe felt like they did a good job. My carpets are soaking wet with dirt and animal hair. When I ask Moses for my money back several times he ignores me. Yes I do have animals but the stench of urine is overwhelming. Never experienced this before. I have an open house and they failed me, Moses and his father. If I were you, I would run as fast as you can away from this horrible business. Thumbs way way down.

I was very pleased with the service we got. He went over our carpets 3 times and looked so good. Definitely recommend. He came on short notice and on a Sunday. No other place would do that.

I located Tapia Carpet cleaning on Yelp.  They had great reviews.  I reavhed out to Moses, after he responded to my request to clean our carpet.  He stated he would be here that Sunday, August 29th after lunch.  I reached out to him around 10am to see if he would be here at 12 and he indicated he was over in the Herndon area and it would be between 12:15 and 12:30.  I told him no problem.  At close to 2:00 I reached out to Moses again as no one had showed up.  I was on the phone when I got a call at 2:10 that they were here.  I had my husband call him back because we were both at home and never left that day in anticipation of them coming.  When I saw his message I called the number 5 times and even went outside looking for them.  They were not there.  I moved my furniture and it is now in my kitchen.  I am now forced to find someone who can clean my carpets.  The mere fact that they would nog give me the common courtesy to answer a call and tell me they were not going to be able to help us today, after they had put us off for nearly two hours is very unprofessional.  At this point I am almost happy they did not show up because I suspect I probably would have received sub-standard work.  Moses......thanks for nothing.   A disgruntled ALMOST CUSTOMER.  CORRECTION IT WAS TAPIAS CARPET CLEANING NOT TAPIA CARPET CLEANING.
