Sam's really treated our family right. Our shopping experience with Al and the team was very good. They did not pressure us and did the best they could to make a good deal for us. They also work with Valley CAN which is a program that you can apply for to get up to $10,000 to trade in your 2006 or older car in order to buy a plug-in electric or plug-in hybrid.

Huge shout out to Alexis. She really made it happen for me, got me into a nice suv with manageable payments. Thank you! *** update... Alexis is no longer at this location... I followed her EXACT instructions for referral but am now being questioned and possibly not permitted.... these people are liars and frauds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They cheat customers and play fools when confronted. Will be telling everyone about this, and will never conduct business with Sam's auto again... Their slogan talks about honesty but no one there knows anything about .. Nash is the person whom decided to go back on Alexis word and is choosing not to honor the deal that was made.... HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND BUSINESS PEOPLE! If you are looking for a shotty vehicle, with extremely high interest... this is your place! *** another update: since my review posted publicly, ED from Sams auto text me telling me to call him. Unfortunately, the time to work out these issues has passed. This business should be shut down! Final update after about 8 months with car. I wish I would have went ANYWHERE else! I've had to spend thousands getting repair work done on this car. I have found parts that were installed incorrectly and using the wrong part. Highly recommend walking, over purchasing a vehicle here. Still garbage salesmen selling garbage vehicles.
