DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! This man does not even understand basic laws. Failed to explain any of the proceeding process. Prolonged my case for a year for nothing just to plead guilty and cancel my hearing. He literally just gave up on my case and made that decision all on his own. If I would have never hired Eddie Ruiz I would have had my licenses back by now but now I have to wait an entire year. THIS MAN CANT EVEN GET YOU OUT OF COMMUNITY SERVICE. A WASTE OF $3000 AND MY TIME.
