Do not bank with this old hammy down racist bank of Asian and Mexican people its hard to know how racist and discriminate they are in Fresno. From purposing harassments to lying about your account status to checks systems. Harassing's there customer after asking simple questions. These Fat Pigs refuse to move from their desk. Watch out from Moua and the other front desk lady at Clovis and kings canyon. Its like they are always on their menstruations. Changing your app user and passwords to inconvenience to lying to the checks systems. Just seems like they have alot of time on their hands. Hire some skinny pigs.

The staff and service here at the kings canyon and clovis branch are more than professional. Fast and friendly service from tellers and managers that treat every customer with intelligence and respect. I bank no where else. Everyone here deserves the recognition of providing excellent customer service. Thank you BOS staff. You are truly appreciated.

I am a disabled man with mobility issues and no transportation. I received my Golden State Stimulus check and knowing there was a Bank of the Sierra in my neighborhood I took my time and walked there (it was 100 degrees outside). I took my ID and everything I needed and the Bank refused to cash my check for me. In fact, the teller was pretty rude. I just said ok, thank you and walked back home. Now I have a $600 check, not much food, not much to drink in this heat. So yeah. Thanks, Bank of the Sierra. When I was a kid banks cashed checks.
