Transmission City

Called to make an appointment. Gave the make and model of my car to the person on the phone and made an appointment. Hired a tow truck. When the car was delivered the company rejected the car and said that they don't work on that type of car any longer. Completely unprofessional and very poor customer service. Had to pay to have the car towed back the forty miles it was towed

2 weeks to get an appointment and then they said it was all. We need to fix that before we can figure out what the problem is, but they're going to charge you a diagnostic but they're really not going to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle then they're going to tell you there's something else and you need to fix that for a couple of thousand and then they'll fix it for you Go somewhere else. They're not honest

I recently needed repairs to the automatic transmission of my BMW 328xi (without warning) my car suddenly wouldnt go into reverse or drive. I was advised to bring my car to Transmission City & Im so Grateful that I listened to that advice and brought my car here. Tony (Owner), Staff (Maria, Umberto, et al) and the Technicians were able to identify & fix the issue (broken gear control)!!! If you Value INTEGRITY, Care & Quality as much as I do then I Highly, highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Transmission City for all of your transmission service and repair needs. AAA+++

I recommend that you take photos of its parts in front of the owner because the mechanics, especially the transmission one. They are dishonest! Service: Transmission
