They started replacing parts without figuring out what was wrong. I said it sounded like a bad idler pulley. They replaced it along with a belt and tensioner. Then they tell me I have a cracked flywheel. Why didnt they check what the issue was before doing the work. I didnt say it was an idler pulley. I said it sounded like a bad pulley. Its your job to diagnose my car before replacing parts until I have a new car. What a ripoff.

Friendly service but horrible repair went for a camshaft problem never fixed it but charged me for every visit have all the papers to prove it never coming back !!!
