Run from this place. The worst place ever to get your car serviced. I had my Mercedes serviced there and after spending $2000 for noise coming from wheel, not only did they not fix the problem, but they caused more damage to my car and try to blame it on me. Because they didn't install the parts correctly and do an alignment, my bumper is damaged, my brand new Micheline tires are damaged and problem I originally took it there for is still there. Very costly. They are not experienced in Mercedes and they lie to shift the blame. Horrible service. In reply to the owners ridiculous reasoning: You just admitted to lying to me and not being such a good mechanic. When you change control arms you HAVE to do an alignment. So when I brought the car back specifically for alignment you didn't do it. Thanks, just what I needed. You just admitted that you lied. There is no language barrier as evident from this post and you have to be really stupid to believe that inner lining damage can be caused by hitting parking barrier. Tire wear from inside is caused by misalignment. You changed 4 parts and the noise is still there. A good mechanic would be able to pinpoint the problem. Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Well, I had to take my 20 year old BMW to the shop for the first time in probably 20 years. I have done most of the work on the car myself over the last 20 years, but I am now 57 going on 58 and I don't want to keep doing all the work myself. German auto repair, fixed my issues with my car, and even though it cost me quite a bit of money the job was done correctly and the people were friendly. The work was done in a timely fashion. I am very happy to be driving my 20 year old BMW with no payments are in knowing that it has been professionally looked over by German auto repair to make sure that electronically and mechanically it is 100% sound. I would like to personally think Dennis, his son, John, and all the other people at German auto repair for the honest and good work that they did.
