If I could give 0 stars I would. They charge high broker fees, and don't process your changes as you request them. I cancelled my policy on 11/22/23 with them and today I get a text from the insurance carrier indicating that I need to make a payment. I called the carrier and found out that Fiesta Auto NEVER sent my cancellation request to them! It was a good thing that I got a copy of my signed cancellation request otherwise I would have no way to prove that I requested the cancellation. Do not trust them, make sure you get copies of everything and double check with the carrier to make sure they actually made the change.

I don't think you should come here for insurance they charge way to much they take advantage of the Mexican people because they can't get insurance any where else so they hike up prices because they have no where to go. Do not go here if at all possible. There customer service it sucks I wouldn't give them any stars but I have to in order to post
