Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service

I was assured and told by my the tax representative from Fiesta's insurance,that the tax form that I had filed with fiesta, was approved by the I.R.S.... reason how I know is because I asked her if it got approved by the I.R.S.... and she said yes it went through... And was told that I would be getting my taxes on the 29th because I filed before the 19th. Well now it's the 30th and they're saying that they didn't even file because it came back that I didn't put my proof of health insurance.. This is totally unacceptable because they told me if I would have filed before the 19th,, in which I did.. I will be getting my taxes back on the 29th of January now I'm not looking at that. The incompetence of fiesta insurance has costed me my time on my refund.has costed me time on my These people are costing me my money and I already paid him the incompetence of fiesta insurance
