Maria Preciado sucks at her job. I got my first car in September of 2021 with little to no knowledge on how auto insurance works. Its not my job to tell her how to do HER JOB. She only added my car (after I said I wanted to add myself and my new car to my moms insurance) and never mentioned I was excluded from the policy. I sent her photos through my email and even gave her my debit card information because I was taking over the payments for both mine and my mom's car. I guess it still didn't click in her head that I was DRIVING MY CAR. I still drove it off the lot ILLEGALLY thinking I was insured when the whole time I wasn't. She's just afraid to admit to her mistake because she knows she will lose her broker license. My car has been wrecked for two years already and nobody ain't doing nothing about it. They're so quick to get that debit card number and take your money though. I think it's funny how all of a sudden most of the reviews are about her and how great of a job she's doing.. you're not getting saved though. Her manager Jessica too NEVER gave me the documents I asked for. Sad area its in, sad environment and sad company.
