The best apartment building within miles. Completely upgraded and professionally managed. The management company does expect tenants to take care of their units and keep the place clean, so if you don't have pride in living in a nice place, I'd look somewhere else.

Fantastic gated apartment complex close to downtown. The recent high-end remodel includes ceramic tile, black marble counter-tops, stainless steel sinks, etc... The management is excellent and easy to get along with. Well worth the extra rent to live in such a great place.

These apartments are not what this owner is advertising them to be. Wants to much for rent but neither unit is worth it. Also I suggest looking into the unit real well before you put a deposit down. You might not get it back. Owner is hostile and rude and will manipulate you Into signing a lease thats like reading a book...Unprofessional and Only wants Money. Is not concerned with tenants needs or concerns. AGAIN BEWARE...I personally dealt with the owner of these apartments they were not represented by a professional Management team at the time see he needed professional help. He's a liar y'all response really doesn't matter. Good luck to you as well
