The truth be told the manager at Ashlan lagoon apts has been there over 10 yrs been manager for 2 yrs and all the landscaping has and still is being done by her she loves her community and puts all her extra time in making her community beautiful and I have hundreds of pics to prove it no manager before her has done anything to the place

Lovely landscaping, beautiful pool, wonderfully community, family orientated, close to schools, shopping and three different churches walking distance. Pet friendly, on site wash room studio-1-2 bedroom.

New owners have done a good job,but I really want to comment on the on-site manager Collette, she has done wonders with the entire place inside and out, she cares for her tenants, and has done wonders with the landscaping, and is always upgrades to better the place daily.

I have to give it to Colette,The On-site manger is really amazing shes goes over and beyond for her tenants. She has done amazing job inside and out on the ashlan lagoon apartments.
