        Awful experiences with this company. I sent 4 emails via their online portal on the website and never got a reply over the course of 6 months. Finally got ahold of someone by sending a message on Facebook. All I wanted was help with product recommendations. First lady pawned me off on my "regional salesman", that person than pawned me off on a random irrigation supply store. I wish I was kidding. I had to repeat my needs 3 different times and I never found out the information I needed to make a purchase for my farm. These employees don't know anything about what they sell, or how to help me. Long story short, they lost the opportunity of my business, I will be finding and taking another option. I just wish I had my time back from waiting on them and dealing with them. I would not recommend using this business at all.

Your feedback will lead to process improvements to ensure others don't have similar experiences when trying to contact us in the future. Our products are sold through a highly trained dealer network. Our sales team members are experts on our product technology. However, the complexity of a complete irrigation system requires local designers that will integrate our technology with other facets of an irrigation system such as pumps, PVC, etc. We rely on our dealers to provide this service. We're sorry that you had a negative experience and will do our best to improve our processes.
