        Decided to try Banfield Fremont since we got our Puppy during the pandemic. Not being able to go in with our dog was rough but the drop off appointments were convenient. We signed up for the wellness plan and all went well until My dogs first dental cleaning. I received a call that he experienced a heart issue during the appointment and they could not complete the cleaning. I was told I had to pay an amount since they had to wake him up and I needed to take him to a cardiologist. Of course I was stunned and upset. Although my Dog could no longer use the wellness plan including the dental I still had to pay for it , until the year was up.. My husband was furious, I paid it anyway. I called to make an appointment yesterday for my dogs vaccinations and was told this location would no longer see my dog. I am shocked by this I have done nothing wrong.
