The worst hospital I have ever come. I requested the tracking number of the shipment number but they sent me nothing and let me waited for several long calls with nobody answering the phone. Lies again. You mean everyday for two days? If any staff in the hospital told me that the Kansas lab has a lag in updating their website in advance, I wont call the hospital since the staff were not nice and the call wait time was too long. No one would call this hospital when they get enough information. I totally understand it would be a long time about 4-6 weeks, but no one answer my question about why Kansas do not receive the sample after 8 days and no one told me the tracking number. They just insisted on sending the sample but could not tell me anything about when it arrived and its tracking number. I paid for services in your hospital and called this hospital almost with no reply. Actually, I took my another cat to another hospital on June 21st and checked the sample successfully on Kansas website on June 25th. I took this pet to the Tricity hospital on June 20th and still can not check it on website on June 29th. RIDICULOUS!!! However, when I saw other reviews, I found that lies are normal phenomena of it. Nobody knows what they are doing everyday when facing the impolite reply and long waits. Thats their routine.
