Sutter Urgent Care - Fremont Center

it took so long to be seen by a doctor. it was estimated that i would wait 2-2.5 hrs but i waited almost 4. 3 hr sitting in the waiting room and almost 40 min waiting in the room. i almost fell asleep multiple times and was starving but didnt want to miss my name being called. the doctor was great though! she was able to diagnose me and prescribe meds to help me and also suggested going to the fremont cvs since its open 24hrs instead of my local cvs so i could get my medicine that night.

Long wait time - I had to wait almost 3+hours to consult a doctor with urgent care visit. I had to wait in the lobby for 3+ hours coz receptionist told me if I leave the lobby, they will again consider me as a new person in the queue. This is ridiculous. We visit urgent care for urgent consultations and it takes its own course of action. Normal appointments wont even available for months. They dont disclose charges of the consultation or treatment but later we get a surprise bill mailed to our address with unexpectedly high charges. Very disappointed by their service.

Waited 5 hours at urgent care when the original estimated time is 2-3 hours. Ended up spending 6.5 hours waiting time for total less than 30 mins to see the triage nurse. doctor at shift, and the radiologist for my bone fracture! Completely unreasonable and ridiculous!

Whenever I come in to get checked for something, the doctor always tells me there is nothing wrong. Obviously something is wrong if I'm having continuous pain. They never have an answer. The health system is a scam.
