        They were so inflexible and so rude with my order. It was our first time here and the gal was just rude beyond belief when I asked a question about adjusting my tea and if the adjustment cant happen then if I could swapbut NOPE. Weve been to boba places all over the world and even with a language barrier (I.e Vietnam and Thailand) they were friendlier and accommodating. I did notice the smiles and service with the other customers- maybe this place just doesnt like South Asiansjust East Asiansmaybe they are sick and tired of all the tech folksI dont knowOh, and the tea is bland and lacks flavor. Try your luck anywhere else.

        Got sick off food. Had tempura I couldn't eat these, also got the chicken but possibly it was tempura.

        Literally waited 30 minutes for two simple bubble tea orders, ordering it in store. They said they got a big order when I checked in after 20 minutes but I know for a fact we had our order put in before that. Two people who ordered after us got theirs way before us. Horrible service. Don't go here.
