I think this business is very unethical and shameless. I was looking for a job after graduation. These folks guarantee a job if you pay percentage of your salary to them. They fake your resume with anywhere from 7-9 years of experience. Because they know people on student visas will lie and do anything to maintain their visa... Many people from this consulting company is a total unprofessional, not sure how this company work. Very unprofessional and rude in their behavior, have no manners whatsoever. I would stay away from this consulting firm! If you are serious about your career and want to be in safe hands i would really recommend to avoid this company.

I had taken a training in Hadoop from Solby a few months ago. After the training the team worked diligently to get me placed. I am happy I am placed. Along with them even we need to show our commitment towards our career and goals. Overall I would rate the company above average.

Worse company wasted my 5 months. Once training is over nobody is bother to prepare candidate for interview. They will prepare fake resumes and expect candidates to crack interviews on their own. I would not recommend Solby as there are many consultants out in market who provides free training.
