        I was really impressed by the USPS employees( Maria) and staff who greeted us warmly during our wait and proactively assisted in sending our mail. Their attentiveness and helpfulness made the experience smooth and pleasant.

        worker was incredibly rude and shouting at us to look at a sign. turns out the sign was backwards and you couldnt even read what she was saying. bad look. came for our sons passport application. no where does it say on their website that they only give out 6 walk up tokens in which they are given at 1pm. pretty bad look, considering it looks like according to other reviews this is constantly changing. poor customer service. poor clarity. guess you cant expect anything more from the government.

        The post office clerk who happens to be an indian lady is very rude and offensive. Avoid going to that desk .
