I have never in my life been treated so bad by anyone like this in my life.. ! I broke my glasses and came in and asked lots of questions, the Staff member named Mersa was so rude to me answered all my questions with so much rudeness like I was interrupting his day when nobody was even in the office Ive ordered many pairs of glasses here, and I brought many businesses here my husband, my children, my family members. I will make sure no one comes here anymore. I myself own a business in Fremont and will make sure that when I go to the Chamber of Commerce luncheon this week that everyone knows how rude he was to me and how disgusting it felt to be so rudely treated by someone, when you needed help to simply see and simply get answers about your new glasses, he was so awful to me and so was his assistant when I called back for a manager I will never come to this location ever again I cant wait to get my prescription and leave this place for good !!!!! If I could give this place a zero, I would just disappointing how hes making me feel to drive away when this is a place where I get my stuff done so disgusting I will never ever come here again!!
