        Refused to release my prescription for an online contact order I made. Stated I had not paid the $50 fitting fee during my exam. Yet I was able to purchase contacts from them just fine. I was told I'd either have to pay the fee to have my prescription released or buy from them. I paid and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Frequent at your own risk.

        Very unprofessional. Was told I had to pay when I had already paid fees the appointment before. Lady at the front desk is always getting corrected by the doctor for literally half the things she says. A big deal was made over a mistake on their part.I wish I read the reviews before!
